I then met the crew, Ken and Terri, on-site the following day, as they would be the primary crew responsible and looking after the KEP property, as it fits right in with the surrounding area that they service. We performed a thorough walk through, as I diligently explained what is being requested and pointed out the areas of concern that have not been fully met by the incumbent (Donewell). It's unfortunate I cant give any input on Persnickety, but what I will say about Thunderbladez, is that I strongly feel that these are the people we want looking after the property, and I'm pretty certain the Board will be more than satisfied with the quality of service they provide.
